Model: Lokomotiva má bateriový pohon a magnetickou spojku na zadní straně. Motor, dobíjecí baterie a veškerá elektronika jsou navrženy tak, aby byly dětem nepřístupné. Lokomotivu lze dobíjet pomocí USB nabíjecího kabelu, který je součástí sady. Lokomotiva má 3 rychlostní stupně vpřed i vzad, 3 zvukové funkce a trojité světlomety, které lze ovládat pomocí Märklin Power Control Stick určeného pro děti. Panoramatické vozy mají průhledné střechy. Střechy na všech 3 autech lze sundat. Vozy mají detaily interiéru. Modell: Lokomotive mit Akkuantrieb und Magnetkupplung am hinteren Fahrzeugende. Motor, Akku und die gesamte Elektronik sind für Kinder unzugänglich verbaut. Die Lok kann mit dem mitgelieferten USB-Ladekabel aufgeladen werden. In the dining car, you will pamper your passengers with specialties typical of this part of Switzerland. While the passengers relax gloriously with the view of mountains and valleys, the Glacier Express overcomes enormous ascending and descending grades seemingly with no effort thanks to the powerful Vectron electric locomotive.

Model: The locomotive has a battery-powered drive and a magnetic coupler on the rear end. The motor, rechargeable battery, and all of the electronics are designed to be inaccessible for children. The locomotive can be recharged with the USB charging cable included with the set. The locomotive has 3 speed levels in both forward and reverse, 3 sound functions, and triple headlights that can be controlled with the Märklin Power Control Stick designed for children. The panorama cars include transparent roofs. The roofs on all 3 cars can be removed. The cars have interior details.
